As Founder and Marketing Coordinator, I organically grew my presence to over 40,000 followers by staying ahead of social media trends and analyzing performance metrics to see what truly resonated with my audience. By creating content based on those insights, I produced short-form videos reaching up to 200,000 views, which directly drove a 30% increase in bookings and online sales. Beyond content creation, I took full ownership of account management for more than 50 recurring clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty. My Instagram feed served as a professional digital storefront, curated solely to showcase my work and services. I designed the grid to remain polished so that I could build trust with my audience and encourage both new and returning clients to book appointments.

Family Promise of Orange County | Social Media Marketing Intern

In my role as the Social Media Marketing Intern for Family Promise of Orange County, my main objective was to help the non-profit attract the volunteers and donors needed to support families in crisis. I applied visual storytelling and digital campaign management to support a $300,000 fundraising goal, specifically managing the digital promotion for the 14th Annual Gala, which drew over 300 attendees.

My responsibilities included donor account stewardship, where I curated monthly newsletters for 500+ subscribers to deepen engagement with the organization’s mission. Additionally, I handled multimedia production by creating 50+ original graphics and videos using Canva and CapCut to enhance brand exposure.

Designing for a Cause

In my role at Family Promise of Orange County, I had the incredible opportunity to be the creative voice behind our biggest event of the year! I was responsible for the end-to-end digital promotion of the 14th Annual Gala, where my goal was to turn our mission into a visual story that inspired people to give.

I took full ownership of our Instagram and Facebook socials, creating a consistent, professional aesthetic that built excitement leading up to the big night. I also managed communication with our donors by designing and sending out monthly newsletters to our gala guests and top donors.

After the 14th Annual Gala wrapped up, I wanted to make sure our guests left with more than just a memory. I wanted them to feel the impact of their generosity. I took the lead on producing a video that captured the magic, the emotion, and the success of the night.

This video was a strategic "Thank You" sent out to our donors and guests to show them exactly what their support achieved. Using CapCut, I edited together the best moments of the evening, focusing on the community spirit that helped us hit our $300,000 goal. It was the perfect way to close the loop on the campaign and leave our donors feeling inspired for next year!

Trunk or Treat Campaign

This project was a heart-led mission to capture the joyful spirit of Halloween through our Trunk-or-Treat event for the families at the House of Ruth. I took full charge of the social media strategy, focusing on turning an evening of fun costumes and candy into a visual story that connected our donors to the heart of our mission.
